Nominations are open for KYC's Community Awards!

Submissions are open now through September 22 to nominate a person, business, nonprofit,
​or other organization in one of the three categories below!
All nominations will be reviewed by KYC youth and staff. Honorees for each award will be notified by October 7th.
Public announcements of honorees will take place during The Unity Soiree on Friday, October 16!

The Andrew Levitt Spirit of Kindness Honor​

Named after its inaugural recipient, this is awarded to a community member that has made a positive impact on LGBTQIA+ young people in Ohio through philanthropic endeavors or other positive youth development programs.

Community Freedom Fighter

Recognizes an individual or organization in the community who is organizing and fighting against oppression and lifting up the voices of oppressed people.

Outstanding Allied Organization

Recognizes a business, nonprofit, or other organization that has demonstrated a profound ally-ship by emphasizing or working towards social justice and inclusion to advance the interests of LGBTQIA+ young people.
