Building Safer Spaces Together

Days of Service

Form a group with co-workers and/or friends and join us for a Day of Service @ the Center! Tasks can include cleaning, organizing, facility and landscape maintenance, preparing meals, and office work.

All DoS groups receive a complete tour of KYC!

Drop-In Center Volunteer

Provide mentorship and staff support by working with youth in the Drop-In Center! There is a time commitment of 2-hours, weekly, anytime between 3:30pm - 7:00pm, Mon-Fri.

Note: Completion of a background check(s) and a Saturday training session required.

@ KYC Events

We host all kinds of events throughout the year, including: Other Prom, Pride Open House & Celebration, Bar-B-Queer, and our signature fall fundraiser. Volunteers who attend these events assist with event prep and logistics.
