H.B. 6 was voted out of the Ohio House Higher Education Committee on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. This bill was then amended into House Bill 68 on June 14, 2023. House Bill 68 passed out of the Ohio House on June 21, 2023. While House Bill 6 now remains in the House, House Bill 68 moved to the Senate, where it's been assigned to the Government Oversight Committee.
Contact members of the Senate Government Oversight Committee and tell them to vote NO on House Bill 68 and all other legislation that would prevent transgender girls and women from playing school sports.
